Comforts: Includes A/C for summer and a backup generator. Outdoor Space: Two decks overlooking the valley/mountains, a firepit, propane BBQ, and storage sheds. Location: Ideal for adventurers—23 mins to skiing, surrounded by trails/rivers, and 31 mins to downtown Seattle or UW. Logistics: Costs: First, last, and deposit required. Utilities (Xfinity, propane, etc.) are split, averaging $70–$130/month. Lease: 12-month preferred; month-to-month considered for winter season seekers.
