Private bedroom and your own bath in a 2b2b apartment just off Damen Green line. Rent is $1000+ utilities. It will be a sublease from June-August as my roommate will be coming back in Sept. 5 min walk to damen and washington CTA bus stop and about a 10 min walk to damen green line. 15 min walk to IMD blue line CTA. Costco and jewel a couple of bus rides away. The place is unfurnished and would be occupying the spare bedroom. My partner and I would occupy the other bedroom. Utilities split equally by people living in the house and covers gas, electric and internet.
