I have 2 rooms available NOW for rent in a ~1600sqft 3/2 home in The Woodlands neighborhood in Longwood, ~5 min from I-4. The rooms are about 10.5'×10.5' with a shared bathroom. Rent is $850/month INCLUDING UTILITIES! Additional refundable deposit of $850 required at move-in.
