The rent is $1145/mo, plus utilities. It is a furnished bedroom with its own bathroom and walk-in closet in a 4 bedroom apartment. The other 3 rooms are occupied by girls. It is a 3-story unit and includes a fully furnished, shared kitchen and living room with washer and dryer. Her bedroom is on the second floor. It is a 15 minute walk to campus with a Beaver Bus stop at entrance to the complex. The complex has lots of great amenities including a fitness center, racquetball court, pool and sauna. I am attaching a copy of the unit layout and I am willing to send more photos of the actual apartment to anyone interested.
