It’s a really nice apartment with lots of extra space available. The patio is air conditioned and all rooms have ceiling fans. There’s a W/D in unit and you’ll have a private entrance. The rent includes utilities and we’ll share common areas. I’m moving in May15th and will post pictures then. The room will be ready for you June 1st, it can be furnished or unfurnished. The apartment is right in the middle of everything and 5 minutes from I-95. Chasewood is a beautiful community and there is a reference and background check involved to live here.
