I am looking to sublease my apartment. It is a 1 bath 1 bed in a 4 bath 4 bed apartment with 3 girls there currently. Rent fluctuates due to facilities being split. About this place- Shared common area(ive only ever seen 1 of my roomates use it), shared kitchen/fridge, shared in unit washer and dryer and has a fitness room, computer lab and parcel lockers at the club house.
