•⁠ ⁠Furnishings: Fully furnished (includes a double bed and 2 separate single beds, fridge, cupboard, AC, washing machine, geyser, water purifier and kitchen essentials)
•⁠ ⁠Occupancy: Flat will be shared between 2 persons.
•⁠ ⁠Rent: 18,000 per month per person.
•⁠ ⁠Deposit: 37,500 per person (refundable).
