MOVE IN DATE JUNE 1st* Hi everyone! Looking for one female roommate preferably in their mid to late 20's to fill our 3 bed 2 bath; 2400 sqft house in Sunnyside area! Move in date would be the first week of June. Rent is $3188 ($1062 per person) + utilities. The house is technically 4 bed, but the 4th bedroom is currently being used as an office, which is ideal for anyone who works from home! The house includes a decent sized backyard, Sunroom, in-unit washer and dryer, and a huge basement with lots of storage space! In the pictures is the same bedroom, but with 2 different set ups! Location: - Walking distance to Rocky Mountain Lake - 15 minute walk to Tennyson street - 1 min to Safeway or a few minute walk - 10 min drive to Sloans Lake - 10 minute drive to Downtown A bit about us! I’m Rose, I’m 25 and have lived in Denver for a year and then Boulder before. I’m a PhD student for marine biology at CU and love all things oceans and animals. I love horseback riding, skiing, and paddleboarding and am always down to try a new spot in town I’m Aja I’m 24 and I work a hybrid job studying insects. I love nature, my dog cashew, horsebackriding, and meeting new people! Ideally we’d love for our roomies to be our friends. We keep a clean and organized space, and love meeting new friends. We’re outgoing and excited to explore new areas of Denver with our new friend! Peanut and Cashew (not named on purpose) are two ESA dog and cat that will also be in the house.
