Hi! I’m looking for a room to rent around Fremont, Hayward, or Union City. My budget is around $1100 including utilities. I’m currently a nursing student, clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I also have a small indoor kitten. I’m okay with private or shared bathroom. Preferably girls. Looking for a comfortable and quiet place, around a 6-month lease.
