Room is offered to a full time professional, working off home (not from home) Mon-Fri, 9-5. You must be clean, responsible, and respectful. Spacious kitchen, patio and laundry room (see pictures). Kitchen is fully equipped. Washer and dryer in the unit. 4-9 miles from Sorrento Valley, Intuit, Qualcomm and BD. Close to public transportation.10 min drive from UTC, Kearny Villa, Rancho Bernardo and La Jolla.
