Hi! I am in a third floor 600sq foot apartment on Front St in Berea. All utilities included. WiFi can be split. It is right across BWU campus. I am looking for a female roommate, ideally a student. I am open to a quiet working professional. Application fee is $40. Your bedroom is 11'x10'. The closet space is an additional 9'x2'. The living room is my office/bedroom space. I am looking for someone to take the bedroom. You will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. You are free to use utensils, pots/pans, microwave/airfryer/etc as long as you clean up after yourself and take proper care of the items. I do ask you pay a one-time fee of $100 to help me cover costs. Laundry is on second floor. Free parking. ~ Me as a roomie ~ My name is Heba and I will be attending BWU's PA program this May. I will say it again: Females/Women only. No exceptions. ♡ I am very social, but can keep to myself too. I have lived both with a full house and alone. I will be studying most of the time, so noise levels outside of socialization would be at a minimum. ♡ Cleaning & organization - I am okay with "good enough." Not spotless, not messy. A few dishes in the sink yes, but not a load. We can work out a system to split chores or take turns. ♡ I would prefer if we can occasionally have a friend or family visit, at most 2x/month. ♡ Bonus if you have cute cats! Your fur babies will enjoy my presence (I hope). I do like dogs but I struggle to tolerate barking. ♡ If you are pro-trump, pro-israel, pro-ICE, please do not message me.
