Rent is $1,500 a month. minutes from the Church Ave 2/5, 15 minutes to the Church Ave B/Q, and a 20-minute walk from Prospect Park. This is an elevator building with a laundry room, gym, movie theater, and rec room! The unit comes with a dishwasher and balcony. Lots of great restaurants, delis, and shopping nearby!
