We are a small, responsible family of three—myself, my 5-year-old daughter, her father, and our well-behaved 7-year-old bulldog. We’re currently looking for a clean, safe, and stable place to call home. We’re open to renting a master bedroom, studio-style space, or even a garage that can be comfortably and safely set up for living. Our main priority is finding a peaceful, respectful environment where we can create a stable and consistent home for our daughter. We take pride in keeping our space clean, organized, and well maintained, and we have a clean rental history. We are reliable, respectful, and easy to communicate with. My daughter’s father works in construction full-time and is highly skilled, which means we are very hands-on and proactive when it comes to maintaining and caring for a home. We are quiet, laid-back people who keep to ourselves. We don’t host parties or large gatherings, and on the rare occasion we have visitors, it’s typically just close family. We’re looking for something long-term and will treat any space with care and respect as if it were our own
