Private room for rent I am renting a room. Include queen bed, mattress, nightstands, TV, desk, a small refrigerator, and a closet. The rent is $700, utilities included: water, electricity, A.C., internet, gas.
You can use the kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom. Only for 1 person, pets are not allowed.
We are very polite, respectful and clean and we expect the same from you.
