KITCHEN INCLUDES:full sized refrigerator, full size dishwasher, convection microwave oven, sink, garbage disposal, two high quality portable induction cooktops, kitchen utensils, pot/pans, and appliances are all provided to cook meals. IS LOCATED in a beautiful, safe, suburban neighborhood. The rental is in Parker but situated closer to Lone Tree. The house is a paired home. There is a shared entrance into the house but you will have the privacy of your own space. Fixtures are new. A LITTLE ABOUT US: We are siblings that own the house together. We are Colorado natives that love to hike, ski, snowshoe, and explore all that the area has to offer. You'll have your own space and privacy but we hope to be friends. We are professionals in our 30s who are focused on career and community. We live a quiet life. We enjoy playing board games, watching movies, and good conversation. We want to create a welcoming and warm environment that is comfortable. HOUSE RULES: No smoking, No Pets, Quiet Hours
