We are looking for a third roommate to rent the master bedroom in our Bay Park house.
ABOUT THE HOUSE & LOCATION
• This bedroom offers privacy and comfort with its own ensuite bathroom and closet
• The house is split into two sections, separated by a common living area.
• It has a large backyard, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the San Diego weather.
RENT & AVAILABILITY
• Monthly Rent: $1500/month
• Available: Immediately
• Security Deposit: $800
• Lease Term: 6 Months
• Smoke-free & pet-free environment.
UTILITIES (SPLIT EVENLY)
• Gas/Power: ~$40/person
• Fiber Internet: ~$15/person
• Water: Free!
• Monthly Cleaning Service: ~$50/person
(because who wants to clean their own bathroom?)
ABOUT YOUR ROOMMATES
• You will be living with two friendly and respectful professionals: (me) man in his early 30s and a woman in her mid 20s.
• We are pretty chill, independent people who currently work hybrid roles, but mostly from home.
• The house is cozy, relaxed, and clean. I, the male roommate, spend about 50% of the time at my girlfriend's place. Both roommates travel somewhat regularly, so you'll often have the run of the place!
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
We're ideally seeking a roommate who is:
• Clean, considerate, and easygoing.
• Works primarily outside the house (or keeps unique hours) to help balance the space.
