LOOKING FOR A THIRD (or fourth if willing to share a room) ROOMMATE!!! hello everybody, me and my friend Rhyanna are looking for a third and possibly fourth roommate if willing to share a room together. we have a 3b 3br apartment about 15 mins away walking from Drexel or UPENN's campus, and rent would be 775 (or 581) per month + electricity and a 30 dollar water fee. The lease starts in September 2026 until the end of August 2027. There is a mvoe in fee of 2,325 dollars, but can be split up in amounts of 775 due at signing, and 775 for two months prior to moving in.
