Hi everyone.I am looking for a roommate for three months. I'm in a two bedroom one bathroom condo, in a safe and quiet neighborhood.I have a room available that is fully furnished. Rent is $800 a month, utilities included. Amenities come with laundry, a pool and a tennis court. The shared spaces are bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining room. Looking for a responsible, female roommate, preferably a non smoker.
