Looking for a Roommate for Townhome

I am looking to find a roommate to move into a room in my townhome. It’s in Castle Rock and the rent is $1300 a month. We share utilities. They’re usually anywhere from $150-$200 each depending on AC/Heat. You would have your own private room and bathroom. I have a room that is furnished or one that is not furnished if you have your own furniture. Security deposit is $1250. It will be available June/July
