Hi, we have a large, sunny, primary bedroom 11 x 24 (which includes the full bathroom and a 5.5 x 6.5 walk in closet). There are high, open beam ceilings and lots of high windows that let in light. The room has new carpet and paint put in 4 months ago and the carpets are Green Guard Plus which is an eco friendly option that reduces ommissions. The bathroom got a new shower/bath installation and new fixtures 4 months ago. The room is located on the 2nd floor of a two story townhouse. The kitchen, dining area, living room, and deck are also upstairs. Right now, the living room has been converted into a bedroom, but that may change. All the other housemates have downstairs bedrooms. The downstairs tenants all have mini refrigerators so they tend to not use the upstairs that much. The house has 5 other easygoing and friendly housemates within a wide range of ages. At this time, they are all male but we welcome females or males. The home is on a quiet, dead end street, is waking distance to the beach, shopping, and the bus, gets a lot of light and has a friendly feeling. We are seeking [REDACTED] they are home. Rent is $1395 a month with $100 a month to go toward all utilities including Wifi and high speed internet. And there is a security deposit of $1395.
