Hi! My best friend/roommate is moving out July 15th, and I’m looking for 1 woman (ages 20–35) to take over her room then. We live in a ~1500 sq ft renovated 2 bed / 3 bath apartment in an amazing, super walkable part of LA. We’re 100 meters from Sawtelle’s main shopping/restaurants, 5 min to Trader Joe’s + Ralphs, 12 min walk to Metro/bus, and 17 min walk to a great gym ($65/mo) through a beautiful neighborhood. Garage parking included, but you really don’t need a car here. Rent: $2,400/mo

• Utilities ~$145–170
• 2 months notice before move-out
• Prefer someone staying 6+ months Your room:
• Fully furnished + decorated
• King bed
• Walk-in closet
• Private ensuite bathroom Apartment is fully furnished and fully equipped, including kitchen essentials. Prefer someone without lots of extra furniture/items. My two sisters are staying with me temporarily, so there’s random stuff in the living room right now — that’ll be gone before move-in. Amenities / Rules:

• Shared laundry downstairs ($4.50/load)
• Balcony
• Dishwasher
• Trash chute + recycle + compost
• No shoes inside
• No parties
• No painting walls
• No dogs or other cats (I have a cat)
• Temp: ~74 day / 70 night Cleanliness matters to me because I have OCD/germophobia, but after rereading this I sound intense 😭 I’m chill about normal messes. Dishes in the sink overnight are fine. It’s more dirty things (food left out, greasy stove not wiped, etc.) that bother me. As long as messes are contained and shared spaces are respected, we’ll be good. About me: I’m 21, studying biology, liberal/feminist, love reading, plants, being outside, animals, adventures, and good vibes. I’d love to find a roommate who can also become a friend. I also have a sweet Sphynx cat (hairless, no shedding). Looking for someone who is:
