Hi, we’re looking for a fourth person to join us in a 4 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom apartment at BlockOne (2320 Lincoln Way). > We already have the extra room’s lease signed, so you would be just taking over the lease but we will provide payment for the summer months since you most likely will not be staying for the summer. > We are all going to be sophomores in the 2026-27 school year. > Here are all of the instagrams of who the other 3 roommates are:

Insta: alexhulskotter2 Alex is 18, studying Architecture and Interior Design from Prior Lake, Minnesota > Term: August 20, 2026 – July 26, 2027.
Rent: $649.00 per month.
Your Space: You will have your own private bedroom and an adjoining private bathroom.
Utilities: High-speed internet and trash disposal are included in the rent. Electricity and water/sewer are billed separately on a pro-rata basis. Location: on Lincoln Way, right across from campus by the Memorial Union.
Amenities: The building features elevators and a balcony/patio area.
Fully Equipped: The unit includes a kitchen with standard appliances (dishwasher/fridge/stove), a shared common area, and laundry.
