$1090/month after that 5x5.5 Bungalow (all female unit – living with 5 girls)
Private bedroom & bathroom
Fully furnished (bed, mattress, desk, chair, etc.)
Private balcony (2nd floor)
UCF shuttle available
Pet friendly Move-in: May 4, 2026
Short-term: May–July
Option to renew lease starting August This summer lease takeover includes the option to take over the 2026–2027 lease and remain in the same apartment. Great location:
