… or at least tolerate them. Looking for a mature individual (male preferably) to rent one of the furnished bedrooms in my home in Whitehouse, just south of Tyler. Includes WiFi and Utilities. No drugs, no excessive drinking, smoking outside only. Must have verifiable income. Would prefer someone that has a 9-5 job outside the home. No pets as the two I have are more than enough.
