Hii! Looking for a third roommate with a May 2nd move in for our beautiful townhome in Berry Hill/Woodbine! First month —— 1/2 off!!!!!!!!!! Private bathroom and spacious walk in closet!!! The Room 🌞🌞🌞
• $1,180/month + utilities (usually around $100)

• Room size: 11x13
• Washer & dryer in the house lots of storage space in the attic/closets From the rooftop balcony you can see the Batman building through the trees, and the balcony is really pretty i think! We are 10-15 minutes from downtown & 10 minutes from the airport. 🪷 A little about us (your future roomies): we are both 27! I’m Kaela, a speech therapist working out of the house M-F 5 days a week. Brooke works at home M-F 5 days a week and also is an incredible musician/singer/songwriter. We’ve created a really cozy, welcoming home and love making the space feel comfortable and peaceful. We enjoy the outdoors, movie nights, craft nights, board games, and hanging out on the rooftop balcony, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime.🌸 Bonus: I have two super sweet kitties and Brooke has one sweet kitty pictured below! Kitchen set up slaps, we have a super cool fridge(it has a tablet/tv on it!), dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machines, lots of counter space & are starting an herb garden! We have in house washer and dryer and shared office space. We are super close to some great parks, coffee shops, 12 south, and are right off the highway for quick access to the rest of Nashville! To make sure we are the right fit, we like to keep the house clean as often as we can and prefer someone who’s similar! Would prefer a female roommate with no pets but are willing to adjust if the right fit comes along 🙂 🌱 friendly!
