Hi, I’m Moses. I’m relocating to NYC for a position in aviation engineering and looking for a furnished place as I get settled. I’m open to both short- and longer-term arrangements for the right fit. I work shift schedules at the airport, including possible overnight shifts, so I keep a very quiet, low-key routine. I’m typically either working or resting and value a calm, respectful living environment. During the transition, I’ll also be traveling back and forth to Florida to wrap up my previous business (I owned a healthcare practice), so I won’t be around full-time initially. I mostly keep to myself, and am very mindful of shared spaces.
