Home is near forest acres close to Fort Jackson. Large back yard, car port, I have 2 cats, and quiet times after 10 pm due to early work. Cats are friendly. Home is slowly being renovated. Id prefer someone over 21 due to alcohol being present often. Utilities included, just pay the rent
Room is partially furnished. It has a king sized mattress but no frame yet. Closet is decent in size and additional storage space available as needed
