Looking for 1 or 2 roommates for our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Ohio City. $950 per month. Our current lease expires April 30 and one roommate just moved away for reasons unfortunately. I’m looking to stay until Summer 2027 at least. The new Lease would start May 2026, but you can move in before then since our other roommate has moved out. Of the two of us still here, one of us is a medical resident and the other works in research. We’re between 25-30 years old, friends, keep a clean space, social/outgoing but noise mindful, and I’d say we’re generally pretty normal guys. Features:
- spacious bedroom with hallway bathroom
- large living room and kitchen
- corner apartment so lots of windows and a great balcony
- washer/dryer in unit
- dishwasher - Rising Star coffee shop, Larder Deli, bars, other coffee shops and restaurants outside
- cozy neighborhood that is vibrant and walkable - 15-20 min drive to Cleveland Clinic and UH hospitals. I do have a cat. She is a hypoallergenic breed and gets hypoallergenic food.
