Giant private room available

All I have is a video of the room, so I’m happy to share that with whoever is interested. My IG is @naomathesun. This room is ready for April 1st move in. This would be a private room and bathroom in a 3 bedroom home on the southside of ATL. $1000 due on the 1st of each month, utilities (anywhere from $150-300) due on the 15th of each month. Power is more expensive in the summer. Right now it’s me and my best friend living here. We are looking for a female if possible.
