My wife and I have bee living on a month to month lease since Jan when are annual lease was up, The landlord decided to give us notice on3/12. Due to the short notice we are currently looking for something 4/1. We are in our mid 40s and both work 50+ hours. We are quiet clean and do not drink or smoke. We are hoping to rent on Singer Island because that is where my wife is employed.
