Hello, I am looking for a private bedroom space in Harlem, closet to Columbia university (30 mins). My budget is 1200 maximum (utilities included), it’ll be great to have a semi furnished or fully furnished space. I am a student so mostly will be in the university during the day time. Female only apartment or atleast 1-2 female occupied house would be great! I am clean and also very easy to adjust!
