Seeking a drama free and clean roomate for my 2 bedroom house in West Monroe. ( End March/ beginning April) My current roommate is taking the next milestone in life with her long-term partner. And I am losing my Roommate. I am seeking someone who has employment and can pay their portion of rent/ utilities in full and on time. And keep their living space / private room kept clean. The common areas kept clean. The rent includes all utilities which includes electric, gas, water, Garbage removal, wifi, washer and dryer. You will have access to the yard, kitchen, living room and your own private bedroom. There is a shared full bathroom.
