This is a shared room in a house. The room is private, but the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry are shared with other tenants. It has a window and a large walk-in closet that can be used as a home office. The room can be semi-furnished or furnished with a new full/queen bed, a dresser, and a desk/chair. The room and 4 full bathrooms are just remodeled, so everything looks new and clean, as in the pictures

No drugs (including weeds/marijuana), no heavy drinking, and no pets, please.

We are looking for a single person to rent this room. It is only 1-2 minutes' drive from shops in Westwood Village. It is also in an excellent location for buses to SSCC/Downtown/Burien.

Short term: $35/day with 30 days minimum stay; $45/days with 20 days min stay

Long-term: Room + Utility = $925/month for a single person. Internet included. First payment required + $300 refundable Deposit. Last month's rent is flexible and can be paid within 2 months of move-in, depending on tenant credit and employment.

I also have another room for rent at $850/month for a right tenant.
