Hi! I am looking for a female roommate to share a duplex with! Move in would be June 1st. Rent would be $800 not including utilities. The last year or so Utilities have averaged a little over $100 per person every month. You get your own bedroom and bathroom and we share a kitchen and living room. There's a 2 car garage, and fenced in back yard. Landlord takes care of snow removal and lawn care. The neighborhood is great and very quiet. Located between skyline high school and Reeds Dairy. My current roommate is getting married and needing a new one. a home body so most the time I will be around. Just looking for another quiet person to help pay rent:) The landlord does not allow pets, I imagine its a different story for ESA though.
