Entire upper level of split level home available mid May. The lower level is separated from the upper and will not be occupied by any tenants for some time as it is slowly being remodeled. The home is situated on a 1/2 acre zoned residential/rural in a nice quiet corner of Fountain. The two available bedrooms are on the upper level of the home which includes the kitchen, living room, and full bathroom along with backyard access and deck. A dog door is installed for the furry friends as well but can also be removed or closed if needed. It’s a really quiet part of town and the house backs up to farm/ranch land to the east. Morning coffee and sunrises on the back deck are always a treat. The attached one car garage is included, as well as multiple parking spots in the extensive gravel driveway. The detached garage is used for my personal storage and will not be included in the available spaces. Current tenant is moving out in late March and cleaning / updates will be done by the time the place is available mid May. I can show the place as soon as May 1st and will have updated interior photos around then as well. Ideally looking for a 6 month lease to start with potential for extensions in the future.
