Hey yall! posting this again. Lookin for a summer lease takeover I have a room in a three story two car garage townhouse in maitland fl. 15 min away from ucf and If you are loooking for something close to First institute it is less than 5 minutes. you will get the master bedroom private bathroom and walk in closet as well as a side to the garage. rent is 945ish and utiles are split between the other roomate. (100$ or less) I need a move in the last week of march to the first week in April. I’m willing to do tours and walk throughs. Pet friendly. Other roommate is 21 year old girl/ student.
