~1600sqft home, 0.47 acres, fully fenced in backyard (chain link & vinyl), with 1 Bedroom for rent. Rent price includes Utility bills. Move in fee is the rent portion ONLY, no Utilities included. House is currently in the process of being cleaned, pictures will be posted soon. Animals are allowed but must meet mine first to be safe.
