Hello Everyone, I currently have 1 bedroom available for rent inside my townhouse located within the west chester borough. Looking to maintain a semi professional environment. The house is less than a mile away from West Chester University and one block away from Gay street. Perfect place for someone working in the borough. AVAILABLE Rent includes ALL household utilities including cable and internet are all included in your rent so 850.00 total. Must have first month, last month and security deposit prior to moving in date, have 3 references. 2550 total prior to move in date. Please only contact me if you are ready to move within 30 days or can leave a non refundable deposit to hold the room. I do not accept zelle payments.
