Hi! We’re two (female) responsible college students currently looking for a comfortable and respectful place to call home. We are both full-time students and spend most of our time studying, working on school projects, and managing our small online business. We are very clean, quiet, and [REDACTED] in. We are fortunate to have strong financial support from family, and a parent is able to co-sign the lease and provide financial verification if needed. We take housing commitments seriously and are looking for a stable, long-term place where we can focus on school and maintain a peaceful living environment. We do have a few well-cared-for animals that are part of our household. One is a trained service dog (Great Dane), and another is an ESA-eligible cat. We also keep a small aquarium and a pair of quiet, indoor rabbits. All of our animals are well managed, clean, and part of a structured routine. We pride ourselves on being responsible tenants who communicate well, keep spaces tidy, and respect property and neighbors.
