I’m currently looking for a roomate in my 3 bedroom condo on the water. (3rd bedroom is a creative/office space for both of us 🤍) Located in West Palm Beach at Portofino South Condominiums. Girls only, preferably in their 20-30s. Also I have a cat named venus, she is a shy sweet girl. It’s the master bedroom w en-suite bathroom on the 8th floor $1,800 includes rent, water, and pest control. The only thing paid for by us outside of rent is FPL (typically $50-$90 each) and Internet ($15 each)
