Hi there! My name is Zach and I’m a 30 year old artist working in hospitality management in NYC. I’m california-sober, and gay non-binary spectrum with he/they pronouns. passionate about mutual aid, community, creative self expression, and mental health wellness. searching for a room to sublet long term in central or north brooklyn with a move in date of April 1, 2026. My budget is $1,200 per month. I’ve lived in the city for 10 years (it would be 12 but i left for a couple years for a job and to take a break from the city). As a roommate I am clean, respectful and reliable. I mostly keep to myself when I’m home and rarely have overnight guests. I value having a harmonious living environment and prioritize clear communication with whomever I share a space with to maintain a peaceful environment. In the warmer months I am outside as much as possible, cycling, spending the day in the park, etc. and when it’s cold out I tend to spend more time at home when I’m not working. My passions are visual art, music production, and writing, and if/when I work on creative projects at home I always keep to my bedroom and wear headphones.
