Looking to rent the master bedroom. The room is fully furnished and there is a private full bathroom. Rent is $800.00 per month and I require first and last months rent due at move in. The room is available on the first of April. Looking for a person with clean household habits. No pets non-negotiable. No smoking of any kind nor drug use. The room is clean and must be maintained.
