Rent is $1,600 and utilities usually bring the total to around $1,700 with utilities You’d have your own private bathroom, a dedicated parking spot, and there’s a washer and dryer in the unit. The place is pretty spacious and in a great area. The room is unfurnished. Pets are okay as well. I do have a cat, and she’s friendly and gets along with other animals
