Looking for the right fit housemate

Hello, I am looking to find the right fit female housemate to get to know that would be more like a friend for a future rental. My friends would describe me as fun, creative, kind, thoughtful, with a great sense of humor. I don’t smoke, drink or do drugs. I’m hoping to move to Florida by the beach though would consider staying in middle Tennessee. I’m wanting to rent a two bedroom rental with the right housemate. I always pay my rent on time. I could pay about $400 towards a rental. I am offering to do something to make up for the rent like housekeeping or whatever deal I could work out. Another option is to rent a low income housing rental with someone that fits their income limits.
