I am looking for someone to take over the last two months of my lease of a studio apartment at The Quarters Columbia in June and July. Lease is June 1st-July 20th. Early move-in at the end of May. *Lease renewal for August is not available, all studios are sold out. Multi-bedroom units are available to switch in to August 15th. Call The Quarters to coordinate an earlier move in with a manager. The studio is a corner apartment on the third floor. Apartment features and amenities include:
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Fully furnished
- Pet-friendly: Pet fee, but ESA’s are free
- A brand new dishwasher
- A brand new 55” mounted Fire TV
- Walk in closet
- Large windows
- Wood floors
- No noise through the walls from neighbors

- Utilities are free (other than electricity) - Pool and hot tub
- 24/7 fully equipped gym
- Free shuttle to campus every 30 minutes

- Storage rooms for rent The building is located in a quiet area and is an 8 minute drive from campus/downtown. It is only a 3-5 minute drive from major stores and restaurants. A walk across the street from The Quarters is a Mexican restaurant (with a bar), a liquor store, and Pickleman’s cafe! For more information on the apartment please view The Quarters Columbia . For questions on the unit please contact me. The unit will be accepted as-is without inspection from The Quarters, but I will have personally cleaned it prior to your move-in. You will later need to apply and meet renter qualifications through The Quarters .
