About us: We are a couple with 10-year-old son and one neutered, calm 6-year-old cat. Both of us are in stable, permanent employment and can provide employer references, previous landlord references, and proof of income on request. We are clean, quiet, and respectful tenants who take real pride in looking after our home. We're looking to settle long-term in the right property.
