Hello, I am looking for a room to rent in Gasconade County, Lincoln County, St. Clair County, or somewhere quiet and outside of the city. I am hoping to find something clean, spacious, and peaceful.
I have been with my significant other for 17 years and I am at a point where I need to move forward on my own. It is a mutual separation and there will be no drama. I have a year old daughter who will be coming with me. She is in first grade, very well behaved, and my top priority. I also have a 25 year old son, but he will be staying with his father until I am able to secure a permanent home.
This would be temporary while I work toward stable, long term housing for my children and myself. I am on disability and also work part time, so I have steady and dependable income each month. I do receive SNAP benefits to help with groceries. I am quiet, private, and very clean. I stopped drinking 10 [REDACTED] a party lifestyle. I do smoke cigarettes occasionally, but only outside. I enjoy cooking and am happy to share meals from time to time.
I do not have much furniture, so moving in would be simple. I have a Beagle, but she will most likely stay with my partner, so there would probably not be a pet involved.
