in Luxury Complex with pool, gym, work lounge & comunity center access.The room is unfurnished but the full bed is available, if needed. Monthly Expenses = Rent + 1/2 PGE
Uncovered Parking is free. Covered/assigned parking is available for a fee. Heads Up on House Rules: I don't wear shoes indoors. And, washing hands before using the kitchen is required. I expect that both of us clean up after ourselves regularly, especially in common areas. Guest are allowed as long as they are accompanied by you and they don't become an unofficial roomate. Smoking is prohibited in the apt complex. And, I will need to check the rental space periodically for damage but i will give notice. *The tenant agreement will specify all terms.
