Roommate unexpectedly moved out, one room with bathroom and vanity sink available. Apartment has a balcony, beach access to the sound, in a lowkey area. Spacious closet. W/D in unit available to use, oven, fridge, etc. All common areas are free to use:) I don’t really mind being loud, music, smoking outside etc. just clean up after yourself and be nice to the furniture lol. I work a lot, so I wouldn’t be home often. Prefer a woman roommate vs male
