Female roommate needed for 3brd

Hello currently looking for a 3rd roommate. Wife would prefer a female to move in.
She works from home so the only real thing we ask is someone who isnt too loud during 8am-4pm
The home has a washer and dryer in the basement as well as storage. We have 2 small cats who are very friendly. Rent is split equally 3 ways including utilities so it typically comes out to around 650 at most. If you have any questions please reach out.
